  This has laid very heavy on my heart,my mother passed away,we had her cremated, I went to pick up her ashes,and they Fed Ex'ed them to my brother in another state, I was the only person that signed papers, they also mailed him the death certificate, and tried to tell me sorry,that there must have been a miscommunication....who does this at one of the lowest points of your life....such a shame....I had to put at least one star on here to comment,they deserve nothing.,,,
